Divya to play lesbian?

Well actor Divya Dutta has turned a lesbian for her film MONICA is the buzz making rounds on various websites, etc. But hang on people, that's only half the story. When contacted Divya, we quizzed her about the same and were clarified that ''neither the film nor the character is anything to do with being lesbian.''

According to some reports, Divya recently shot some really hot scenes with Kittu Gidwani for a film titled MONICA. We believe this could be the reason for the media to tag it 'a lesbian act'. ''I play the title role in MONICA. This girl is not actually a lesbian, but can go to any extent to get what she wants'', she clarified. She further adds, ''An actor should be ready to play any role and I am no exception. The scene was not meant to tantalize senses, but a requirement of the script...and trust me, it was very aesthetically shot.''
So, beyond MONICA, a lot is happening with Divya post DELHI 6. There's Jennifer Lynch's HISSS, where she's said to have done a sizzling lip lock with Irrfan Khan and there's also Seema Kapoor's HAAT - The weekly bazaar, where she's shot a hot item number.
