Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor, besides being sisters and top actresses of Hindi cinema (Karisma before her marriage), have another thing in common. And that is their passion for keeping fit. Kareena's size zero figure and Karisma's fit as a fiddle figure has been the envy of many Bollywood actresses and subject of admiration of countless fans. So, the plans of the two sisters about opening a chain of gyms came as no surprise.

Basking in the success of her latest film, KAMBAKKHT ISHQ, Kareena has confirmed that she plans to open a chain of yoga centers (and not gyms!) along with her sister Karisma. But it is likely to take time as they have not yet found the appropriate place to start their venture from. Kareena adds that yoga is India's gift to the world, a gift which the west has accepted with arms wide open. Talking about her favourite, power yoga, Kareena says that it helps in keeping the body and mind in perfect harmony and she plans to see to it that they have well qualified instructors and all the world class facilities at their yoga centers.
Well, we are sure that the proposed yoga centers will be as much of a success as the films of the Kapoor sisters and the results as shapely as the physiques of Kareena and Karisma!
