Connection between Tusshar, Abbas-Mustan & Jeetendra

LIFE PARTNER releases this Friday and this debut production of ace directors Abbas and Mustan stars Tusshar Kapoor in the lead. Though Tusshar is working with Abbas-Mustan for the first time, not many are aware that his dad Jeetendra was associated with the director duo close to a couple of decades back.
"Call it coincidental that while I am working with Abbas-Mustan in their debut production LIFE PARTNER, my dad had worked in their debut directorial venture AGNIKAAL", Tusshar shares this little known fact.

Though Abbas-Mustan became a household name with KHILADI followed by BAAZIGAR, they had started their career with AGNIKAAL (1990) that also starred Madhvi, Raj Babbar, Kiran Kumar, Kunika and Sonu Walia. A social action fare, the film didn't do too well at the box office but made sure that Abbas-Mustan were there to stay.
"Now my next target is to work with them in their directorial outing", smiles Tusshar, "I am surely going to make them promise that they would sign me for their next venture. In any case I am one persuasive and determined actor. If I have ever made up my mind to work with a particular director, I have made sure that I do bag their project. I have kept telling them throughout the making of LIFE PARTNER that I am really interested in working with them and I am not going to stop till I sign on the dotted line."
Well, with the kind of confidence that Tusshar is demonstrating, one wonders if there is already something cooking between the actor and the directors. Let's wait and watch!
