Viveck Vaswani: 'Dulha' sounds better than 'Kaminey'

| Film maker Viveck Vaswani is sheer amused with the titles of some of the films that have been released in Bollywood this year or are soon to be released. In the times when quite a few makers have incorporated cuss words like KAMINEY, IDIOTS and KAMBAKKHT ISHQ in the titles of their films, Viveck is relieved that he has kept it sweet and simple for his Shah Rukh starrer by naming it DULHA MIL GAYA.
Says Viveck in an amused tone, "What are we really looking at? For all their worth, these films may boast of good content but just look at the titles? What are we telling our audiences through titles like KAMINEY, IDIOTS, KAMBAKKHT ISHQ and many more? DULHA MIL GAYA has such a family appeal to it and I am happy to be bringing it in the month of November during the marriage season."
A few weeks back, it was reported that the film was picked up by a Dubai based businessman after he visited Viveck Vaswani with bag full of money.
"There have been so many rumours around the film during last couple of years but this one really irritated me like anything", says an upset Viveck, "I have no clue around how such false news started spreading around."
Now 13th November is the chosen date for the release of DULHA MIL GAYA that stars Shah Rukh Khan, Sushmita Sen and Fardeen Khan in principal roles.
"This is the final release date for the film and we are sticking to it", announces Viveck, "We are getting our entire promotional plan in place for the film now. Come September and we would begin painting the town red with DULHA MIL GAYA."
Also starring Mohit Chadha, Tara Sharma and Johny Lever in principal roles, DULHA MIL GAYA has music by Lalit Pandit and is directed by debutant Mudassar Ajiz.
