KISAAN and DADDY COOL |
| The coming Friday will see as many as six releases! The list includes Sohail Khan's KISAAN, Sunil Shetty's DADDY COOL, the comeback venture of director N. Chandra YEH MERA INDIA, the Ashmit Patel starrer TOSS and a rare film that Aamir Khan liked (apart from his own!) QUICK GUN MURUGAN and last but not the least Randeep Hooda's LOVE KHICHDI. One does not have to be a Nostradamus to predict the outcome, but from the list only KISAAN (due to its earthy emotions), LOVE KHICHDI (due to its wacky theme and treatment) and YEH MERA INDIA (due to identifiable hard hitting contents) have chances of survival, whatever little! It is obvious that if there was a choice the makers would have avoided this crowded schedule!
Last week saw Piyush Jha's SIKANDAR and Great Entertainments' SHADOW. Unfortunately none of the two could achieve much. While SIKANDAR saw a poor to weak start, SHADOW also had a poor start although the publicity blitzkrieg managed some decent numbers at single screens, but it wont mean much in the long run.
