Tanay who had become a recognizable face with his role of a physically handicapped friend in TAARE ZAMEEN PAR has proved that where there is talent, the opportunities are endless by following it up with a mature performance as the middle Jamal in Danny Boyle's SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE, a film being touted as the Oscar favorite! In fact the actor has wowed not just the audience who feel that portions of the film where he has enacted are some of the best in the film; but also has critics impressed having won the 15th Annual Screen Actor's Guild Awards!
