BIG Pictures' upcoming supernatural thriller has its lead actor R. Madhavan competing with a TV set for more screen space! 13B is a supernatural thriller set in an urban setting directed by Vikram Singh, starring R. Madhavan, Neetu Chandra, Poonam Dhillon, Sachin Khedekar and Murli Sharma.

The TV is so vital to the script that Madhavan often jokes, ''If there is any hero in the film, it's the television and I am the heroine!'' He also goes on to add, ''That's how we have positioned it, so it is not a 'hero-comes-out-victorious-in-the-end' kind of a film. It was meant to frighten you, it was meant to intrigue you and meant to make you think twice and that's what it does. So if I have to is the heroine then so being it!''
13B is the story of Manohar (essayed by Madhavan) an upwardly mobile middle class Indian moves into a new apartment - 13B on the 13th floor with his family. From the first day in their new home, the women are hooked on to a new TV show ''Sab Khairiyat''. The show is about a family eerily similar to theirs who have also just moved into a new house. As the TV show unfolds, all the incidents that happen in the show start happening to Manohar and his family.
13B is set to release on the 6th of March 2009 and is presented by BIG Pictures.
