| Atul Kulkarni is one of the talented and accomplished actors of Hindi film industry. His movies like RANG DE BASANTI, PAGE 3, SATTA, CHANDNI BAR have showcased him in varied roles but most of the time his characters have been very intense. However, in his upcoming movie is DELHI 6, Atul chose to play a simpleton character of Gobar. Atul will be seen adding another dimension to his acting kitty.

He comments ''I like to do very selected roles. Even the screen time is less my role has to be strong in characterization and pertinent to the film. I want people to remember my role when they leave theatre.''
A method actor himself, Atul got an opportunity to work and observe stalwarts like Waheeda Rehman and Rishi Kapoor. Adds Atul, ''Both of them have such different approach towards acting. Rishi Ji is spontaneous. He will just read through once and give his shot. While Waheeda Ji would read, rehearse and then give a spontaneous shot. But I realized that to be a better actor you have to have a mix of this quality.''
