Rehan-Akshay replace Adhyayan-Mimoh in FAST FORWARD

If producer Anjum Rizvi would have got his original cast in place for FAST FORWARD, it would have starrer Adhyayan Suman and Mimoh Chakraborty in lead roles. However, that was never meant to be and even though at one point in time both the youngsters were finalized for the film, the actors who eventually shot for the film were Rehan Khan and Akshay Kapoor.
Says a source attached to the film, "That's true. Earlier Adhyayan and Mimoh were very good contenders for the film. Adhyayan was just starting out in Bollywood while Mimoh, due to his dance background, was an obvious choice for the film since FAST FORWARD is an out and out dance film."
The source is unwilling to disclose the real reason behind the replacement though.

"No point talking about it now. In any case the casting worked immensely well for the film with Rehan Khan and Akshay Kapoor joining in", she says, "Both youngsters love to dance and though they have appeared in a few films earlier, FAST FORWARD would be the real stage for them to showcase their talent. As the two leads in the film, they have treated FAST FORWARD as their launch pad and given it their all."
Laughs Rehan Khan, "I don't mind even if I was the last person to be included in the film. It's the loss of those who couldn't be a part of the film and my gain. I love to dance and since the film is an out and out dance film with hip-hop as the prime centre of attraction, I was completely sold. Hip hop like this has never been portrayed in Bollywood and I am sure it would be a unique experience for audiences to see a film like this."
Also starring Vinod Khanna and Mahesh Manjrekar in key roles, FAST FORWARD has Sabina Sheema and Bhavna Pani as the female attraction. The film is all set to release on 21st August.
