Vishal Bharadwaj's upcoming film KAMINEY has run into trouble once again after the censor board objected to certain violent scenes in the film. Though the director wanted a U/A certificate, the censor board is ready to grant it only the A certificate.
It must be recalled that the film courted controversy over its lyrics earlier and now this row with the censor board has added to the woes of the filmmaker.
Though the revising committee of the censor board along with its chairperson Sharmila Tagore watched the film again, but it was decided that since the film has a heavy dose of violence it should be given only the adult certificate. This has left Vishal Bharadwaj with only two options, either to make changes in the film or accept the censor board's verdict.
Well, with the film approaching its release date, this controversy surely is no good news for the cast and the crew of the film.
