Saif Ali Khan: Producing a film is like fighting a war!

Playing a cool dude on screen is a tailor made job for Saif Ali Khan, because he can do such roles with his eyes closed. But producing a film was certainly a job not cut out for the ''Chhote Nawab'', who found the task a lot tougher than acting.

As per Saif, during the making of LOVE AAJ KAL, he realized that producing a film was like fighting a long drawn war and the producer goes on the sets ready to fight a war, armed with all his armaments. Saif also realized that when a shot is okayed, the producer gets the feeling that he/she has won a battle. He disclosed that shooting in foreign locales was not very easy (in case of LOVE AAJ KAL most of the shooting has been done in London) and a lot of preparation had to be done to get things going.
However, when the going gets tough, the tough get going. And true to that saying, Saif became responsible, as he realized the value of time and the immense responsibility that rests on the shoulders of a producer and after a while got used to his dual role of actor-producer.
With LOVE AAJ KAL ready for release on July 31st, and seeing the kind of hype and positive appreciation that the promos are receiving from all quarters, we are sure that this is one battle that Saif Ali Khan would be proud of!
