KEN GHOSH & GENELIA D'SOUZA |
|
Any film maker would have enjoyed an ego boost on seeing any of his leading actors shedding tears on the last day of the film's shoot. After all there have been countless stories around how actors have turned emotional once the principal shooting of a film gets through. In fact quite a few 'behind the scenes' stories comprise of actors looking away from the camera and giving those emotional speeches.
Well, it was different though in case of Ken Ghosh's forthcoming film (earlier titled as YAHOO!) starring Shahid Kapoor and Genelia D'Souza. That's because even as Genelia got all emotional on the last day of the film's shoot, no one (including Ken) was moved. Reason? All tears were strictly for the camera and none of them was for real.

'Actually, it was glycerin doing the talking', laughs Ken, 'So there is no point me dramatizing the entire incident. All of this was a part of the scene which was to be shot yesterday and Genelia had to get all emotional and teary eyed.'
So how did the scene go?
'Well, once glycerin had it's effect, Genelia's tears were good enough for the camera and the shot was okayed, we announced pack-up. No one cried and we in fact shared some good laughs. How is that for an anti climax', teases Ken before signing off.
