Payal: Everyone has their own way of creating roadmaps

Payal Rohatgi is taking it slow when it comes to picking movies. And she is happy with her approach as it gives her enough opportunities to sign only those projects that make her feel proud.

''My overall experience so far had helped tremendously in letting me decide what works and what works'', says Payal in a calm tone, ''Everyone has his or her own way to decide their career roadmap. I have been able to devise one for myself. I don't want to be merely successful in what I do but also get a sense of happiness when I come back home from the sets.''

So who are the dream film makers she is looking at working with?

''Who won't want to work with people like Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Vishal Bhardwaj, Mahesh & Mukhesh Bhatt and Ram Gopal Varma? They are on my wish list as well. After all they have created their own genre of film making'', she gushes.

She goes on to conclude, ''Ultimately it is all boiling down to great banners, good co-stars and competent directors. I am ready to wait for this combination and ultimately feel pride in what I do. In any case, I get bored so quickly so I am in constantly in need of something new in what I do. I am looking at consenting to those films that allow me variety of roles. Come on, who won't want some spice in life?''
