Actors Govinda and Lara Dutta seem to be wondering about the fate of their forthcoming film BANDA YEH BINDAAS HAI, which is produced by BR Films and directed by Ravi Chopra.

The film has been in news for copyright issues as 20th Century Fox dragged the producers of the film to court for allegedly remaking their 1992 film MY COUSIN VINNY and are seeking damages worth $1.4 million. This is the first time that a Hollywood film studio has taken a Bollywood filmmaker to court over remaking their film.
Now, the Bombay High Court has stayed the release of this Govinda-Lara starrer till the 30th of this month, much to the surprise of the two actors.
