Arshad Warsi is self confessedly happy at playing the mean guy in SHORTKUT - THE CON IS ON. For someone who is 'innocently negative' in the film, Arshad Warsi promises that audience will root for his character of 'Raju' who does everything wrong and yet makes everyone smiles.

''Well, I am the ultimate 'kameena' in the film'', laughs Arshad Warsi, ''He is such a bad person that audience will thoroughly enjoy his 'kameenapan' in the film. He does everything that is wrong, doesn't take a step in a direction which is right and generally makes life miserable for Akshaye. Still, all of this is done in a manner which is humorous without making situations overtly serious or dramatic.
