Akshay Kumar is visibly horrified as he protests - This woman is a model (and not a surgeon) and that she is going to kill him.

Well, though it is known to all that Kareena Kapoor plays a supermodel in KAMBAKKHT ISHQ, but the inside scoop is that she is essaying the role of a surgeon who moonlights as a supermodel. So, our 'Khiladi' has no idea in the film that Kareena is in fact a surgeon and hence we have the scene shown in the rip-roaring promo.
