Sharman hopes for a great year with a hat-trick of films!

The previous year may have been a good one for Bollywood but it was not so for talented actor Sharman Joshi. His last two films, SORRY BHAI and HELLO failed to set the box-office on fire. SORRY BHAI, despite being Chitrangada's comeback with all the media hype surrounding it, was a trade disaster. HELLO could only scrape through in some circuits and was a flop in others. But one constant feature was the all round praise that Sharman, the actor received from the critics as well as the audience. So, he can heave a sigh of relief and hope for a bright 2009.

Sharman's hopes are not unfounded as his three films are up for release this year. April will see the release of the Kedar Shinde directed TOH BAAT PAKKI with Tabu. Next up is Farouque Kabir's ALLAH KE BANDE and of course the last release of the year, Christmas to be precise, will see Rajkumar Hirani's 3 IDIOTS, which will have the RANG DE BASANTI team of Aamir Khan, Madhavan and Sharman back together. And of course, the year will also see Sharman wooing the idiot box with POKER FACE-DIL SACHCHA CHEHRA JHOOTA, a quiz show.
Well, looks like Sharman will be back with a bang this year to entertain us all with his vibrant and energetic acting, which will be a delight for all his fans.
