Even though Rahul Bose's last few films -DIL KABADDI, TAHAAN and MAAN GAYE MUGHALL-E-AZAM, may not have done wonders at the ticket window, but everyone would agree that all the three were nice, entertaining and films with a message and substance, the sort that thinking man's actor, Rahul Bose, is generally associated with. And his fans will be happy to know that in this era of mediocrity and commercialism Rahul is still very much following his own path, and is comfortable with his small niche projects. Three of his films, KAAL PURUSH, CTRL-ALT-DEL and KERAL are complete and projects like MUMBAI CHAKA CHAK, THE JAPANESE WIFE, THE WHISPERERS and BITA AND PIECES are under production.

However, one project that Rahul is very excited about is a romantic comedy that he is busy writing and has put his heart and soul into the script. Earlier Rahul had written and directed an English film EVERYBODY SAYS I'M FINE, starring Rehaan Engineer, Koel Puri, Pooja Bhatt and Rahul himself. Although this time around the script that he is writing will be directed by Rajeev Virani and not Rahul.

All the best Rahul and may you achieve critical and commercial success in your future endeavours.
