| Last time Sanjay Kapoor came on screen, he won hearts of one and all with his excellent act in LUCK BY CHANCE. Playing the role of a failed actor turned director, he was fantastic in this Zoya Akhtar directed film that marked his comeback as an actor. Well, this was not the last one where we saw him on the big screen since in months to come, he will be seen in at least two more films. These are PRINCE OF THIEVES and KIRKIT.
Excited about both the films, Sanjay reveals, ''PRINCE OF THIEVES is set in a BOURNE ULTIMATUM mode. It's a superb thriller and has been shot lavishly in South Africa and Bangkok. It is totally different from what I have done in LUCK BY CHANCE.''

Talking about his role in the film, Sanjay says, ''I play a really cool cop in the film. This character is one of the major protagonists in the film and brings excitement in the narrative whenever he appears.'' Incidentally, Sanjay's bade bhaiyya Anil Kapoor too played a cool cop in one of the biggest money spinners of 2008 - RACE.
Coming back to PRINCE OF THIEVES, the film stars Vivek Oberoi in the lead and marks the feature film debut of director Kookie Gulati who has made quite a few music videos in the past. A TIPS production, the film stars Nandana Sen as the leading lady.
Sanjay's other release of the season is KIRKIT. ''I have finished shooting for this film which is a comedy. It's a fun movie to be a part of since it's a parody on IPL and ICL'', says Sanjay, ''The film talks about how advantage is being taken of a common man by making everything so commercial, especially the game of cricket. It narrates how street kids have taken on to playing cricket due to exposure to IPL and other leagues which involve quick cricket day in and night out. It clearly states that now even cricket has turned into business.''
