Meet the surprise package of EK - THE POWER OF ONE

The cat is out of the bag. This week's action release, EK - THE POWER OF ONE, features Jackie Shroff as a surprise package. The actor has an important role to play in the film and though he is seen for a short duration, he is said to be an integral part of the plot. Jackie Shroff will be seen as both a young man as well as an older man in the film.
Says a unit member, ''Jackie Shroff's presence in the film was kept as a well guarded secret till date. Now as the film is just hours away from the release, the latest promos have revealed the character that he plays. He has some very good scenes in the film, especially the ones with Nana Patekar.''

Incidentally, Jackie Shroff and Nana Patekar have come together in memorable films like PARINDA, AGNISAKSHI and YUGPURUSH. Some of the other films starring the two have been ANGAAR, KOHRAAM and GANG.
Association between Jackie Shroff and director Sangeeth Sivan also goes back a long way. Years back when Jackie had turned producer, he had made SANDHYA with Sangeeth who was just one film old (ZOR) when it came to his Bollywood stint. The film never released but Sangeeth and Jackie became pals. Later, Jackie was also seen as a comical villain in Sangeet Sivan's APNA SAPNA MONEY MONEY.
This is the first time though that Bobby Deol is coming together with Jackie Shroff. Though his bade bhaiyya Sunny Deol has worked with Jackie in number of films, this is the first time in his decade and a half long career that Bobby would be seen with Jackie.
