Shah Rukh Khan is still recovering from his shoulder injury and he (along with his doctors and physiotherapist) is trying his level best to recuperate after the surgery. However, SRK's rest days are over and the ever busy actor has a hectic schedule ahead.
CHECK OUT: I did not want Shah Rukh's films to do well
Bollywood's global superstar has resumed shooting of Karan Johar's directorial venture, the SRK-Kajol starrer MY NAME IS KHAN, and this was confirmed by King Khan himself. SRK in a reply to the question about whether he being a producer would be present at a general meeting of the producers and distributors to decide about the present stalemate with multiplex owners, says (in a leading trade journal), ''I don't think so...Beginning to shoot after March 22 for MY NAME IS KHAN... so will be going slow and easy.''
However, it would be difficult for Shah Rukh to go slow and easy because of the venue shift of the Indian Premier league from India to South Africa, which means that henceforth SRK would be flying frequently between India and South Africa, to cheer for his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders and shooting for Karan's MNIK simultaneously. This would definitely mean an extraneous few months ahead for SRK, but knowing his professionalism, the exuberance and the high energy level that SRK has been bestowed with, we are pretty sure that he would manage fabulously well. And also continue shooting as per schedule for one of the most anticipated and awaited film of 2009, MY NAME IS KHAN.
