Bollywood rocking! Yash Raj's NEW YORK censored!

To a casual viewer (of the satellite channels), the stand off between the multiplexes and producers/distributors means that Bollywood has come to a stand still, as that is the impression that some of these channels (favouring the multiplex chains) are giving.

However, that is far from the truth and Bollywood is alive and kicking! Not only are the shootings going on in full swing, film music albums are being launched/released, but even the publicity and official formalities are being met with. Let us take just one example to substantiate our claim!

The premier production house, Yash Raj Films, after releasing the DVD of their All Time Blockbuster, RAB NE BANA DI JODI, have re-released their old hits of last year in India and the Gulf countries. They have also revealed the first look of their next Shimit Amin venture featuring Ranbir Kapoor, ROCKET SINGH- SALESMAN OF THE YEAR. Not only that, Yash Raj's next probable release, NEW YORK, starring John Abraham , Katrina Kaif  and Neil Nitin Mukesh, has been censored and rated a social and granted a UA certificate (C.C. No. CIL/2/49/49/2009).

Well, movie buffs can heave a sigh of relief; at least things are not as bad as they have been made to look!
