Ritesh doesn't know how to woo a girl!

No need to take this headline literally, as we do not mean that Ritesh is not a romantic person, or that he cannot woo a girl in real life! We are just talking about his latest film, ALADIN, where Ritesh plays a sort of a nerd or geek, who doesn't know how to woo a girl.

Even though his debut film, TUJHE MERI KASAM, saw Ritesh Deshmukh romancing his good friend, Genelia D'Souza, on-screen, but on the whole, it is only comedy films that have worked big time for him. So, once again in his latest film, Sujoy Gosh's fantasy flick, ALADIN, we will see Ritesh in a lover boy image but with a touch of comic element to it.

As we all know, ALADIN is a contemporary interpretation of the fairy tale, Aladin And The Magic Lamp, where megastar, Amitabh Bachchan plays the generous genie, Ritesh is in the title role, and Jacqueline Fernandes is a girl from Venus. Ritesh falls in love with this beauty from the outer space and wants to befriend her, but cannot, as he is not expressive enough and does not know the art of 'pataoing' a girl. He is helped in his endeavour by Amitabh, who plays a sort of a love guru and advices him how to win over his love.

Well, Ritesh may not have been very successful as a romantic hero, but with the 'mahanayak' Amitabh there to advice him how to do so, we are pretty sure that this time Ritesh will end up on a winning note!
