Now, time for some good news. The stand-off between producers and multiplex owners has finally been resolved after weeks of closed-door dialogues and debates between them. Though no official confirmation is out yet but reports claim that the standoff triggered over equal revenue-sharing facade has been amicably sorted out with the producers blinking first.
According to the new equation the settlement has been done for 50 per cent in the first week, 42.5 per cent in the second week and 35 per cent revenue in the third week for the producer of all films. The films are all set to have multiplex release from 5th June.
The breakthrough happened after intense negotiations on Wednesday night held at a Bandra five-star hotel.
