Sophie creates song database, all set for another album

Sophie Choudhry continues to be multi faceted personality. VJ, actor, singer, model - she has been juggling her various roles, all related to the world of glamor, at ease. While she did light up the proceedings in DADDY COOL recently, her item song 'Akira Kurosawa' [CHINTU JI] was noticed by everyone who saw the film. Unfortunately, none of the two films worked at the box office but still Sophie is positive that months ahead would bring further escalation in her career.
"Frankly, I am happy with the way things are progressing currently. DADDY COOL may not have turned out to be a major success but I got good reviews coming my way. Also, I was like sunshine in the film in my role as a 'hottie in red'. I was flooded with compliments and so was the case in 'Akira Kurosawa' dance number. It was a riot, especially so since I was sharing screen space with none other than Rishi Kapoor-ji", says Sophie who was also seen in AA DEKHEN ZARA earlier this year.
Other than facing the camera for a film, she is also looking forward to bringing her work behind the mike in front of the audiences.
"I have been working hard for the last two years on putting together my music album in place. All the ground work is done as I have got a database in place by recording as many as 30 songs", she reveals, "Now I have formally selected the best out of these two songs and getting them together for my next album. I guess it should be out by end of year."
She is happy with the way life is treating her currently.
"I have been busy shooting, recording and travelling and that's what that matters. I have had three films releasing this year while next year it should be ALIBAUG. I have high hopes from the film", she signs off.
