Sunny and Bobby on back to back Fridays

This hasn't happened too often in the past but it is indeed happening now. Deol brothers Sunny and Bobby would be having their films releasing on consecutive Fridays. While Sunny Deol would be seen in FOX, Bobby would be arriving with his VAADA RAHA...I PROMISE.

Incidentally both FOX and VAADA RAHA...I PROMISE are delayed projects. While the latter has been stuck in the cans for quite some now and is being revived from cold storage, former has taken it's own sweet time to reach the finishing line.

There are some more common factors between the two films.

First and foremost none of the two films are being adequately promoted. Even though FOX stars Arjun Rampal in lead as well, the makers haven't even attempted going full throttle with the promotion. Same holds good for VAADA RAHA..I PROMISE where even Kangna's presence hasn't enticed the makers to pitch the film in a better manner in the market.

Secondly, most cast members are not even talking about their movies. Sunny Deol, Arjun Rampal, Bobby Deol and Kangna - all are conspicuous by their absence, hence resulting in zero buzz for each of the two films.

For VAADA RAHA...I PROMISE one can still understand the lack of interest since this film, which was earlier called ROSHAN, isn't a quintessential mass entertainer. However, one fails to understand the complete step motherly statement that FOX is getting. For a movie with a cast like this, at least some buzz around it would have made it do a little better than what it is now expected to do on it's release this Friday.

This makes it quite obvious that Deol brothers have moved on and are now definitely looking at their newer lot of movies to do the trick for them.
