Sandeepa: You can relax and enjoy ISI LIFE MEIN

Not many debutants have made an impression this year. However, Sandeepa Dhar could well change the trend, what with her debut being in none other than a Sooraj Barjatya production. Coming from advertisement and modelling background, Sandeepa is being launched by Rajshri banner in ISI LIFE MEIN and but obviously, she is all geared up for the release of her film.

"ISI LIFE MEIN is a step in a new direction for Rajshri", says Sandeepa on a confident tone, "While the basic core values of the production house are intact, the presentation is in a much more contemporary manner. You would notice for yourself that the film not just looks different from all previous Rajshri films but also number of other romcoms that have arrived in recent times."

Elaborating on the core strength of ISI LIFE MEIN where Sandeepa is paired with another debutant Akshay Oberoi, the pretty girls says, "This one is a complete youth oriented film. It is young, has a lot of fun elements, is set in a college and somewhere down the line has a message to it as well."

On being told that youngsters would primarily be looking at a fun romantic musical rather than being thrust upon with a message, Sandeepa says, "See, the message out here too would be told in a subtle manner. There won't be any preaching here. At the end of it all, you would be able to relax and enjoy ISI LIFE MEIN. However, I do strongly believe that films like these need to be made."

"For me as an audience, I have enjoyed those films where a message is given out. After all if you have gathered so many people in one place (i.e. an auditorium) isn't it just so good to have a message being passed on as well along with entertainment", questions Sandeepa.

Directed by first timer Vidhi Kasliwal, ISI LIFE MEIN releases all over this Friday.
