When would Tusshar's RUN BHOLA RUN arrive?

Tusshar Kapoor has a lot to look forward to in 2011. While LOVE U MR. KALAKAAR! and HUM TUM AUR SHABANA are fast nearing the finishing mark, one wonders what's happening to his much delayed RUN BHOLA RUN. The film's release date has been announced a couple of times but to no avail as the promotional machinery has never been put in place. One wonders if this much delayed film where Tusshar has Govinda for company would ever be ready for release.

"Well, I am sure that the makers (Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd.) have all the right intentions to release the film. However they would be the best to provide a concrete date," is all that Tusshar is willing to state on the topic.

One does understand though if the film has been delayed for a while. After all the producers have been occupied with some other major biggies that arrived in 2010, namely DABANGG, GOLMAAL 3 and KHATTA MEETHA. Also, they have another major film ROCKSTAR (with Ranbir Kapoor) currently in the making. To put time and energy into RUN BHOLA RUN could have been a distraction for them, something that they wisely stayed away.

Meanwhile Tusshar is happy about the fact that his home production SHORR is winning accolades for itself internationally.

"It is a small budget film made with very honest intentions," Tusshar talks about SHORR which is directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK of 99 (Kunal Khemu, Soha Ali Khan) fame, "We are waiting for the right time period for it to see an all-India release. We don't want to hurry it up and have no intention of making it compete with any other big film. So far we have been getting good reactions from the screenings that have happened in overseas. We just want to continue building on a momentum."

We surely look forward to that Tusshar.
