Shazahn: I have never felt any negative energy

For Shazahn Padamsee, 2011 is a new kick start to her career. After ROCKET SINGH - SALESMAN OF THE YEAR (2009), there was a sabbatical that Shazahn had to take when it came to Bollywood cinema. She didn't have a single release in 2010. But now with DIL TOH BACCHA HAI JI round the corner, Shazahn is all set to start 2011 with a bang. She has managed to find her bearings all over again with Madhur Bhandarkar entrusting her to deliver the goods in his first ever romcom which has a slice of life appeal.

"I truly believe that there are some divine forces behind such things," says Shazahn while looking up in the sky, "I guess if you are true to your work and are focused, there would be something good that will eventually come your way. For me the best thing was that I was busy soon after ROCKET SINGH.... There was no time for a breather."

While Shazahn was picking up her assignments down South, she kept her faith intact and never once allowed her shoulders to droop.

"I guess God does work in His own mysterious ways," she smiles, "I am just thankful to Him. Being humble, down to earth and nice is the easiest thing that someone can do. I will continue to be grateful to people who have stood by me. I have never felt any negative energy around me because I am myself quite a positive person. I am also very spiritual. When your own mind is in the right place, things do fall in place by themselves."

DIL TOH BACCHA HAI JI releases all over on 28th January.
