Hrthik's physiotherapist Dr. Indu Tandon, who helped Hrithik research his character in the film and taught him the body language of people who are quadriplegic, reveals Hrthik's secret. Say's she, 'After Hrithik came in close contact with quadriplegics, he was moved by their plight. We as a country still need to do a lot to take care of such patients. Now, Hrithik has started financing some patients and even rented an apartment for one deserving patient in Andheri. Hrthik's concern about such patients is so strong that he plans to start a long term association with their cause so that he can highlight their plight and help them in a better way.'
