Sajid commenced, Farah to conclude Akki's year on winning note!

It appears that the brother-sister duo of Sajid Khan and Farah Khan will emerge as 'Khiladi' Akshay Kumar's saviour this year. Sajid Khan has proved beyond doubt that he is a force to reckon with; a director who knows exactly what his audience wants from him and is just not brash and loud mouthed as some of his detractors might say. He unquestionably gave Akshay his biggest hit (as promised) via the 72 crore HOUSEFULL which released in April this year and thus began Akki's year on a winning note.

However with his next two releases, first Priyan's apparently destined to succeed KHATTA MEETHA and the promising 'Diwali' retro 'dhamaka', ACTION REPLAYY, failing to entice the audience into the theaters, it appears that Akshay now has Sajid's sister Farah Khan to fall back upon to help him emerge out of this crisis.

Certainly from the looks of it Farah Khan's upcoming Christmas release, TEES MAAR KHAN, appears a winner, in fact a blockbuster, and it's success will naturally save the day for our 'Khiladi'.

Even though we know that superstars like Akshay Kumar are above hits and flops, here's hoping for the sake of his fans that Farah gifts Akshay his all time blockbuster hit this Christmas!
