Tusshar: I am not playing Kareena's brother

He made his debut opposite Kareena Kapoor in romantic musical MUJHE KUCCH KEHNA HAI. However, when it came to the comic outing GOLMAAL RETURNS, Tusshar Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor had played siblings. Now that the third in the series of GOLMAAL is all set to release, Tusshar can well heave a sigh of relief that they are not playing siblings anymore.

Laughs Tusshar, "Well, you can say that. Though names of the characters are just the same as in the past, the relationships have gone through a change. I am not playing Kareena's brother any more. Also, the characterisation has gone through some change as well. While I was total 'mastikhor' and 'hara^&i' in the first part, I was somewhat innocent in the second part. This time around, I am lot angrier."

And how is this aspect of his personality conveyed in GOLMAAL 3?

"Well, I play someone who has a 'tapori' attitude and hence has this intrinsic aggression in his character", elaborates Tusshar, "Still, while this new personality has come in, the loveable part has been kept intact. All of this is out and out the brainchild of Rohit. He is the one who decided that what all did I have to do in the film. The conceptualization is his, the scripting is and the overall personality detailing is his. Of course how to bring it on screen is entirely my take."

Well, if Tusshar actually manages to replicate the same fun as he did in the first two flicks in the series, it would indeed keep his followers happy!
