Sonakshi: DABANGG triumph of ethnic, Indian beauty

Daddy Shotgun Sinha had claimed just before the release of DABANGG that never in almost 25 years of history has Bollywood witnessed such a mass hysteria for a new heroine as his daughter, Sonakshi Sinha, the newest entrant in the Hindi film industry. Well, DABANGG has surely introduced a fine actress in the form of Sonakshi Sinha but the audience accepting her with open arms is not all due to her acting abilities.

There is another very important factor that has made Sonakshi a household name, especially after the record breaking opening of DABANGG, and that is her pure ethnic, Indian beauty.

And no doubt Sonakshi's traditional looks have appealed to all sections of the audience, be it the single screen frequenting small town junta or multiplex thronging people.
