Shabana Azmi's advice to young actresses

Veteran actress Shabana Azmi has a word of advice for the young actresses of B-Town. Shabana was speaking on the sidelines of her latest award - the Broke Bond Taj Mahal Tareef Award, which was conferred to her for her contribution to Hindi cinema.

Speaking about the younger lot in bollywood, Shabana had this word of advice for the younger lot, especially the female actors. She said, "I feel the young actresses in the industry instead of doing roles where they look ten years younger should take up roles of a mother. They need to use transition into characters that they play seamlessly," Shabana said.

Well, in an industry that is obsessed with hour glass figures and hot assets, we wonder how many actresses of the current crop will pay heed to this advice.
