Ashish on playing a woman

Ever since the announcement of the sequel to the hit DHAMAAL we have been bringing you constant updates about it and also regarding one of its handsome, young lead actor Ashish Chowdhry who was showered with so much accolades by one and all in the original.

As may be recalled the unit of the sequel to DHAMAAL, DOUBLE DHAMAAL had left last month end for an extended shooting schedule to the casino city Macau and Pearl Of The Orient, Hong Kong. The shooting took place at exotic locales of Macau such as The Venetian, Cotai Strip etc and also at Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour where some of the thrilling action sequences involving almost six police patrol boats were canned.

However keeping that aside (as we will tell about that in detail later), actor Ashish Chowdhry is once again hogging the limelight, this time for his cross-dresser seduction act.

So, how did Ashish manage to score amongst stalwarts? The actor is quick to give all the credit to his director Indra Kumar, one of the few rare survivors of the nineties era in Bollywood. Says Ashish, "Definitely Indra ji deserves all the credit because what I did and what I have done (in the DHAMAAL series) is simply to follow his instructions."

Well, by praising his mentor Indra Kumar, Ashish has proved once again that he is an icon of good upbringing.
