Mahesh calls wifey Lara ''Chammak Challo''

This is quite a filmy one for sure. Lara Dutta, who turns producer with her upcoming film CHALO DILLI, has a nick name reminiscent of the bollywood yore.

According to ours sources, Lara Dutta is fondly called "Chammak Challo" at home. She has earned this name from her partner Mahesh Bhupati, who always calls her by this name.

Adds our source, "Lara and Mahesh share some real filmy chemistry. It must be mentioned that Mahesh Bhupati is a huge film fan and he confesses of being the typical first-day-first-show type of a person. Even when he is travelling the globe, he makes sure to catch up the latest bollywood release. Given his fondness for bollywood, Mahesh has given a filmy name to his partner - Chammak Challo. This is what Mahesh calls Lara at home."

The couple seems to be completely smitten by bollywood. From Lara Dutta's production house name - Beeghi Basanti to her nick name 'Chammak Challo', everything seems to point out that this couple is no less filmy in real life too.
