Vikram Bhatt scares with silence in HAUNTED 3D

The superb promos with an excellent choice of spine chilling sequences have done the trick. We are obviously referring to the Vikram Bhatt directed HAUNTED 3D, starring Mahakshay Chakraborthy (Mimoh), which is one of the most awaited movie of next month.

When we asked Mimoh about what the USP of HAUNTED 3D is (apart from of course being the first 3D stereophonic horror film of Indian cinema), the actor was very specific about two aspects- The melodious music and Vikram Bhatt's deft handling.

Says Mahakshay, 'The music is very melodious and not the usual dance inducing catchy rhythm kind. It's quite heartwarming.' Well, Mimoh was right on dot as the music is definitely good and has climbed up the charts quite quickly.

But what about Vikram Bhatt's direction, who is now quite adept and adroit in the horror/thriller genre? To that Mahakshay was quick to respond, 'Oh, Vikram Bhatt is God! He scares with silence. What I mean is that there are no ghosts and witches flying around and blood dripping all over but he uses silence to a chilling effect.' So, how was the experience of working with Vikram and Mahakshay says, 'Initially I was nervous and used to take 6-7 retakes but later on Vikram understood my strengths and I also relaxed and delivered as per what he wanted.'

Well, hearing the above excites us all the more about HAUNTED 3D which hits the screen on May 6th.
