Ramu refuses to dilute content for NALS

Ram Gopal Varma is quite sure about the stance that he has taken when it comes to pitching his upcoming film NOT A LOVE STORY to the audience. While he is sure that the lethal mix of sex and violence is bound to shock the audience, he isn't worried about the fact that for a good segment of audience this may not make for a comfortable viewing.

"Well yes, the film is disturbing for sure. But then I would rather try to completely satisfy people who are interested in stepping into a film like NOT A LOVE STORY instead of trying to please universal audience for which I would have to dilute the core content just because it is disturbing. Sorry, but I won't do that," declares Ramu who has always formed his own rules when it comes to making films.

And how about the criticism that comes along? After all there have been quite a few accusations that frequently come Ramu's ways due to his unorthodox ways.

" think any criticism is good, as simple as that," says Ramu, 'Liking as well as disliking breeds controversy which is fine. Ok, so these controversies may not necessary end up creating added eyeballs. But then yes, it all leads to discussions and debates for sure. Now that's healthy enough."

Well, one looks forward to how the entire controversy surrounding Maria and her apparent displeasure at the film being made on her life help Ramu for NOT A LOVE STORY. Starring Mahie Gill, Deepak Dobriyal and Ajay Gehi as the lead protagonists, the film releases all over this Friday.
