Shahrukh Khan's DON 2 to release in 3D

The over whelming response to the first teaser of DON 2 has left the audience screaming for more and now the makers want to give the audiences a complete new experience with their favourite DON.

The film will showcase DON 2 in 3D. The film is being converted to the 3D format and will also be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu for release.

The film, which will hit the cinemas this winter, is slated for release on 23rd December worldwide

CHECK OUT: Shahrukh Khan praises Anna Hazare's fast

Ritesh Sidhwani says, "There is a huge demand for the brand DON, also our audiences must be expecting much more and beyond just cinema from the sequel hence a 3D format. We did a few 3D conversion tests on the first part -DON and the conversion outcome was very very good........So while shooting DON 2, the 3D conversion was at the back of Farhan's mind while shooting the film in case we decided to go ahead with 3D format as it would make the DON experience even more memorable and exciting to watch for the audience."

Ritesh further adds, "I was in LA recently and saw some 3D conversion tests and was blown by it...so decided to go ahead and convert DON 2 into a 3D format."
