Bipasha Basu: Kissing on-screen is a big deal for me

She may have done boldest of the roles; hot lovemaking scenes, donned bikinis and some raunchy item numbers but when it comes to kissing on-screen it gives jitters to our hot and happening bong babe of Bollywood, Bipasha Basu. Don't believe us? Well this revelation has come from the dusky beauty herself.

Bipasha Basu reveals, ''For me lovemaking is no big deal it's just like any other thing in the film but when it comes to kissing on-screen I have not yet overcome that...it's tough...it's too private a moment because of the way we have been brought up, also because of the way the cinema that we have been exposed to. When I see an English film it's no big deal but when you have to actually perform on-screen it's a very big deal for me. I can't overcome that easily.''

Recalling her experience sharing a lip lock with Ranbir in the film BACHNA AE HASEENO, Bipasha says, ''When I had to do a kissing scene with Ranbir in BACHNA I was paranoid. For one month I tried to get out of it. Every single day I would go to Adi (Aditya Chopra) and Siddarth to cancel the scene and they would just laugh off. I was petrified!''

When asked to the sagacious lady as to why Indian filmmakers are still struggling to get that perfect kissing moment on-screen, despite the fact that kissing has become a regular feature in Hindi films now... Bipasha barges in, ''It's because of these inhibitions we actors have. The moment we actors shed our inhibitions it looks bright on-screen. I have some inhibitions. It takes me lot of thinking and struggle. It feels as if some bomb is going to explode on my head.''

Remind Bipasha about her upcoming film RAAZ 3 with serial kisser of Bollywood; Emraan Hashmi and it gives goosebumps to our pretty actress, ''Please Don't remind me. Another bomb is going to explode on my head as we will be starting filming for RAAZ 3 in January,'' quips Bipasha.

In the meantime, Bipasha is gearing up for her upcoming release PLAYERS, where she would be seen in a hot Bikini.
