Akshay's dig at Shah Rukh scripted?

In a recent awards function where Akshay Kumar and Shahrukh Khan were seen interacting on stage, formed called the latter as his grandfather (Dadaji). However, it was all done in good humour, as confirmed by Akshay.

"Oh yes, it was all scripted," Akshay set the matters to rest in a recent interview to Sudhir Chaudhary, CEO of Live India. 'Shah Rukh told me that his movies used to come when I was a kid. So I said, 'Yes 'Dadaji''. We had planned it all and we did so because the audience loves such kind of masala.'

Meanwhile another actor with whom he is sharing good camaraderie is his PATIALA HOUSE co-star Rishi Kapoor. Though they have worked together earlier in NAMASTEY LONDON, the bond only became deeper with PATIALA HOUSE; so much so that Akshay ended up convincing Kapoor to loose some weight.

'He got inspired by my eating habits and has lost about 3 kgs by now. He has taken a pledge to lose at least 15 kgs more now,' shared Akki. The actor also spoke about how Kapoor mentioned to him that Akshay signs his movie with his eyes closed. 'Yes I do make some wrong choices when it comes to signing movies. But trust me I don't do movies just for friendship. I try and take up different roles just to know what works with the audiences and what doesn't,' he explained.

Well, with films like PATIALA HOUSE, THANK YOU and DESI BOYZ lined up this year, it would be known for sure.
