Vishal: Shahid and Priyanka look great together

Says the director, 'This film is pro women. Priyanka's character in the film is looking for true love and she gets betrayed every time. That's why she opts for killing. So there's a sensitive tone in the film.'

Vishal is pretty upset with reports of 7 KHOON MAAF being inspired by an Italian film.

'That is stupidity. Black dress is worn on all the Christian funerals. It's very sad to read those things,' says the director in a livid tone.

7 KHOON MAAF also stars the father-son duo of Naseeruddin Shan and Vivaan Shah. Wasn't there a risk involved in casting them together? "There wasn't any risk in casting Vivaan. I think he's a very fine actor. Before signing him, we did a lot of auditions. He has acting in his genes. When you see the film, you'll realise how seasoned can a person be in his first film."

When asked which is the best on screen couple in Bollywood, Vishal says, 'There are many hit pairs like Raj Kapoor-Nargis and Amitabh Bachchan-Rekha. Even Shahid and Priyanka look great together.'

Will we see a sequel of the film? 'A sequel of 7 KHOON MAAF isn't possible. It has a definite end,' states Vishal on a concluding note.
