PATIALA HOUSE stars many international cricketers

Makers of PATIALA HOUSE have been saying that film is not about cricket and actually a father son drama. And cricket is the reason of conflict. Now we actually hear that they have a huge line of cricketers in the film.

Huge line up of cricketers that would put any IPL team to shame, cricketers like Nassir Hussain, Brendon McCullun, Herschelle Gibbs, Kieron Pollard, Andrews Symonds, Kamran Akmal, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Graham Gooch, Wasim Akram and Mathew Hayden are part of the cricket matches that feature Akshay Kumar.

T Series' Bhushan Kumar confirms that Nikhil Advani was very keen that to do justice to the script. Akshay is playing for England and it is world cup that they are playing for. So it needed to have a lot of known faces to be seen with Akshay. That's when we approached these guys, send them the scripts and got them on board.

Shooting with the cricketers was amazing, we had thought that Akshay would require a lot of practice and may be we would have to cheat and re create shots but he was amazing and playing like a pro with them.
