Imran Khan ties the knot with Avantika Malik

The long time awaited wedding of Bollywood heartthrob Imran Khan and his fiancee Avantika Malik finally took place on Monday evening. The much-in love couple, who were dating each other for seven years tied the knot in the presence of close family members and friends. Imran and Avantika had a civil registered marriage at Imran's maternal uncle and Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's residence in Pali Hill. It is being said that Imran Khan's mother Nuzhat and mamujaan Aamir Khan also got married in the same bungalow.

Both Imran and Avantika looked stunningly beautiful in their traditional outfits. Avantika reportedly wore a light grey lehenga choli with a red border and gold work; and Imran a black high collar coat.

Entire Khan Family - Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, his ex-wife Reena Dutta with kids Junaid and Ira, Mansoor Khan and wife Tina, Faizal Khan, Aamir's mother and Nuzhat's sisters Nikhat and Farhat was present at the wedding to shower their blessings. Among the close friends present were actors Sarika, Kunal Kapoor and others.

Later, the couple hosted a dinner party at Mumbai's plush hotel.

The newlywed has left for a three-day holiday to Thailand for their honeymoon.

We wish the couple hearty congratulations.
