PATIALA HOUSE: Anushka aims for record 4th success!

Nikhil Advani's PATIALA HOUSE, which releases on 11th February, will certainly serve as a litmus test for the lead actor Akshay Kumar and it's director as well, both of whom has not been going through a good phase. Akshay's last film TEES MAAR KHAN which was expected to take him out of the doldrums did not meet with the desired success. Director Nikhil Advani, despite a promising start with Shah Rukh Khan's KAL HO NAA HO, under the banner of Dharma Productions, failed with his next two, SALAAM-E-ISHQ and not to forget CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA which co-incidentally starred Akshay Kumar.

However coming to the positives, the lead actress, Anushka Sharma, has definitely created a record of sorts (in recent times) with a hat trick of success under the Yash Raj banner, namely, RAB NE BANA DI JODI, BADMAASH COMPANY and BAND BAAJA BAARAAT. And with PATIALA HOUSE, which sees her back again in her most loved Punjabi girl 'avatar', is definitely the lucky charm for the movie. Moreover the music of PATIALA HOUSE has started getting quite popular especially it's rocking title song, "Loungda Lashkara" and we are sure that it will peak at just the right time to ensure a good opening.

Here's keeping our fingers crossed for Anushka's record fourth hit in a row, a rare achievement in Bollywood during recent times.
