Chetan Bhagat defends Katrina Kaif

Katrina Kaif, who is bearing the brunt of her remarks about Rahul Gandhi, has found a supporter and defender in author Chetan Bhagat.

It must be mentioned that Katrina had called Rahul Gandhi half Indian which has sparked a major controversy since then. Though the actress has tried to explain that her words were twisted out of context, the fact is that the controversy refuses to die down.

With the social networking sites debating Katrina's comments, author Chetan Bhagat has spoken in favour of the actress. For all those who are up in arms against Katrina, the author tweeted, "For those who are question Katrina's credibility, well she has achieved more than you ever will." In another tweet, Chetan Bhagat adds, "In any case, do you need a PhD genetics expert level credibility to make a comment on someone being mixed-race?"

While Katrina's remark on Rahul Gandhi has sparked a big controversy, her supports are gradually coming in the open.
