BHTB: Why didn't anyone think of this before?

As the day nears for the release of BBUDDAH-HOGA TERRA BAAP, countless fans of Amitabh Bachchan, who they have hero worshipped for decades now, simply cannot contain their excitement. To see their hero, the megastar, in his most loved angry man avatar is something that they had been awaiting for a long time but somehow no maker had given it a thought.

After his comeback we saw Amitabh Bachchan essaying roles that were befitting his age, like that in MOHABBATEIN, WAQT- THE RACE AGAINST TIME, KABHI KHUSHI KABHIE GHAM etc. but certainly not conforming to his image.

In fact he even essayed negative characters in films like AANKHEN, but somehow for his innumerable fans, who still wanted to see their hero Amitabh in his most loved avatar there was something amiss. No wonder then BADE MIYAN CHOTE MIYAN, MAJOR SAAB and KHAKEE, that had him beating up goons in his popular action image, were his most successful films after his comeback, while essaying major action roles. This just proves one thing and that is that the audience still wants to see the ageless Amitabh in his angry action image, and all credit to the director Puri Jagannath for making their dreams come true via BHTP.

Hopefully, July 1st will mark the comeback of the Amitabh that we all adore and admire and prove (not to his fans but his detractors) once again that he is the king of angry action image and all others come next.
