Sarah Jane: I always wanted to be a performer

An ex-Miss India World, Sarah did have an inkling that she would be entering the world of films one day. A germ was sown way back during her childhood days when she was one of the front runners when it comes to stepping up on stage.

"Oh yeah, I always wanted to be a performer", Sarah comes up with a hearty laugh here, "It could be anything, whether acting, singing or dancing but I really wanted to occupy the stage. This was one passion that continued right from my school to college days. After that it was modelling and then the beauty pageant happened. Meanwhile there were quite a few advertisements also that I did."

Continuing to talk about her journey, Sarah, who would soon be seen in Abhishek Bachchan starrer GAME, adds, "I had to make decisions on my own as there was no one whom I could call and ask if something that I was doing was right or wrong. Since no one from my family came from a filmy background, it was always a difficult journey ahead for me. I wanted to do more and broaden my perspective but it all boiled down to whether my decision making was correct or not. Thankfully things started falling well in place and here I am."

Well lady, we hope the journey indeed turns out to be worth it and many more things continue to fall in place for you. After all the 'game' has just begun!
