Lara Dutta's Power Play

After rejuvenating our minds, souls and bodies with her Yoga mantra, the charming, fit and go-getter actress, Lara Dutta is all set to take us to the next level of fitness, that is, strength and cardio. Lara, who launched the first of her series of DVDs - Yoga: Recovery and Rejuvenation in collaboration with Reliance Home Video, unveils the next installment of the series Power Play under the brand H.E.A.L. (Health, Exercise and Longevity).

Usually workouts and gruelling training sessions tend to become boring after a point of time. But not anymore as Lara Dutta's Power Play will make exercise fun. A uniquely evolved blend of strength and cardio intervals makes this a fun yet powerful workout for the entire body. Starting with a dynamic warm up that gently prepares you for the work to come; this energetic workout is suitable for all levels of training. It highlights the values of core conditioning, functional strength, and fast paced cardio intervals; a workout designed for all ages with large doses of fun and play.
