**Bosco: I want Dum Maro Dum to be biggest chartbuster**

After 'Munni' Malaika Arora Khan badnaam hui and 'Sheila' Katrina Kaif jawaan hui, all eyes are now set to feast on Deepika Padukone's sexy latka jhatkas in the hyped title track (the remix version of evergreen song Dum Maro Dum) from the upcoming film DUM MAARO DUM. While the much-awaited item number will be launched during India vs South Africa match on March 12, choreographer Bosco shares a few insights about the song.

He reveals, "The whole track is re-done and the treatment is quite new. It's exotic and aesthetically done, which is quite cool. The two songs have nothing common in it. It has been shot in a jungle setting, with caves and waterfalls thrown in. The difficult part about the song was it is already an established one and you have to create something new out of it. At the same time there was enough freedom to experiment with the track the way you want to."

However, Bosco says it's pointless comparing the two versions as you can never surpass the popularity of original. "You cannot compare the two tracks. You cannot surpass something which has been popular over the decades and which is eternal. I myself still love the older track so much. So you really can't say which is better. Let's leave it up to the audience and wait for their verdict," says the choreographer.

Bosco shares his experience working with the sultry siren of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone. "I always enjoy working with friends. And Deepika is a close buddy. Every song which we have done with her has been a hit and we are expecting the same for Dum Maro Dum'. She is fast, extremely hard working and has a good grasping power. She did rehearsals for three continuous days."

Everyone's eagerly looking forward to Deepika's hot item song and speculating it to be as popular as Munni & Sheila or even more popular than them. But Bosco is of the opinion that it is unfair to compare them. "Munni/Sheila are huge chartbusters. It is unfair to make any comparisons. Munni and Sheila have already made its mark. And I hope Dum Maro Dum too becomes the biggest chartbuster. Like Sheila/Munni had its own grace & pace, Dum Maro Dum will have its place and will be completely different," he says

These days special dance numbers have a significant place in the film in fact the maximum communication of the film is done through that one song. Under such circumstances did Bosco feel the pressure of making Dum Maro Dum best? "There is always a certain level of pressure present," confesses the ace choreographer and adds, "There's always an adrenaline rush before the song releases."

Mostly the remix versions fail to entice or live up to expectations built. Nevertheless Bosco is confident about the much touted remix of famous song Dum Maro Dum. "Choreographing for remixes is like half battle won. If you nail it correctly with right aesthetics, right flavour you can never go wrong. This is what I believe in," says Bosco.

Rohan Sippy's crime thriller DUM MAARO DUM stars Abhishek Bachchan, Bipasha Basu, Prateik babbar and Rana Duggabatti and is all set to hit the screens worldwide on April 22.
